Dr Jay Erekkath

Dr Jayaraj Erekkath is a Clinical Oncology Physician with experience working across leading UK cancer centres, including Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. He brings experience in the multidisciplinary management of patients with cancer, with particular interests in neuro-oncology and colorectal cancers.

He holds an MBBS, MRCP and FRCR- clinical oncology and is currently undertaking specialist training in Clinical Oncology in the United Kingdom. His training has provided experience in modern cancer treatments and advanced radiotherapy techniques, including stereotactic ablative radiotherapy.

At Synthesis Clinic, Dr Erekkath supports patients with neuro-oncological and colorectal cancers, taking a personalised and patient-centred approach to care. He combines his background in evidence-based oncology with an interest in integrative and supportive cancer care, recognising the importance of addressing not only the cancer itself, but also symptoms, treatment-related side effects, wellbeing and quality of life.

Dr Erekkath is passionate about helping patients navigate complex cancer diagnoses and treatment decisions. He aims to provide clear, compassionate and individualised care, working alongside patients to support them throughout their cancer journey.
