Synthesis Clinic Pharmacy Services

Please note that we are currently going through GPhC registration, and our service will be ready following approval.

Our online pharmacy dispenses private medication prescriptions for Synthesis Clinic patients across our Women’s Health, Integrative Oncology and Integrative Pain Care Services. We also offer a selection of over-the-counter products and nutritional supplements that may be recommended by the clinic’s healthcare team on an individual basis.

Pharmacy ordering process for prescription only medications (POMs)

1. Your Synthesis Clinic clinician prescribes a medication following a consultation with you. As usual, both the consultation and the prescription is documented on the clinic’s electronic healthcare record system.

2. The prescription is securely provided to the pharmacy staff who will conduct any necessary clinical checks and confirm costs and timelines with you.

3. Following this, you will be sent an invoice for the medication and postage via email. Once payment has been received, your medication will be dispatched to you.

4. If you have any queries regarding your prescription, please contact your clinic coordinator for clinical questions and the pharmacist for medication-related questions.

Pharmacy ordering process for over-the-counter items and supplements

1. Your Synthesis Clinic professional may occasionally recommend a product, supplement or herbal medicine according to your individual needs following a consultation.

2. Your clinic coordinator or healthcare plan will clearly outline supply options and costs for the supplement or over-the counter product recommendation if you choose to go ahead.

3. If you choose to have this supplied by the Synthesis Clinic Pharmacy, you will be sent an invoice for the item and postage via email. Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched to you.

   We do not offer general online prescription supply services to the public. All consultation services are conducted with Synthesis Clinic Ltd (CQC registered provider 1-7720456969).
